In summer school, I was able to discuss Korean culture with students from other countries. I learned about South Korea’s political and economic development and realized how South Korea has developed into an excellent country where popular culture is exported overseas. I could discuss Korean social issues and culture with students from other countries and understand their thoughts. In the Korean politics and economics class, I learned about Korea’s past history, which gave me a deeper understanding of Korean history that I had never studied. I hope to have the opportunity to learn more about Korean culture in the future.
