The HSUHK International Carnival, organised annually by the Student Affairs Office, is a fun-filled event to promote cultural diversity on campus. Taking place on 10 November 2022, the Carnival tied in closely with the theme of the College Assembly: “Reaching Out Around the Globe”, in which inbound and outbound students shared their exchange experience before the Carnival. Thereafter, HSUHK students joined the Carnival to meet and interact with inbound exchange students who hosted colourful booths to showcase and celebrate their homeland cultures. The Carnival also enabled local students to be informed of different international exposure opportunities, including HSUHK Exchange Programme, Global Internships and other overseas engagement activities. At the conclusion of the event, participants were invited to vote for their most favourite booth and the award went to the Swedish students.
