環球事務處於2024年3月7日舉辦了國際美食節，來自不同國家的交流生親手炮製多款家鄉美食。食物總是有將人們聚集在一起的力量，能讓本地及交流生在輕鬆有趣的環境下打開話題，互相了解不同國家的生活文化，認識新朋友。
Food always has the power to bring people together. On 7 March 2024, Global Affairs Office hosted the Global Café, a cultural exchange event, where exchange students prepared and shared authentic cuisines from their home countries. Local and exchange students enjoyed learning about each other’s cultures through mingling over some tasty cooking.
